Considering that each elixir requires 1 ingredients for one kind and 2 each from the other 2 kinds, it means that you always get $N^4$for the ingredient less requested in the recipe of an elixir, and $N^3$for the other two. For Evocation Elixir the former is the Anima (evocation related) component, so you get the best bonus at Evocation Efficiency. Similarly Summon Elixir gets the best bonus in Summoning Efficiency. The two remaining ones, Pet and Shadow Elixir, receive the best bonus in Incantation Efficiency instead.
