Good way I found to stack this:

Use Shadow-Scryer's Crystal Ball.

As the run begins, use Meditation Stance to build up some casts of TtS, in order to increase the FS charges granted per second.

After a bit, switch to Defense Stance and only have Furious Strike and TtS on spell bar reckless casted (key here is to have no other charge-based evocation spells on bar). TtS will give lots of FS charges per second. Defense Stance will instantly cast all those FS charges, which will 1) finish your TtS cast due to our weapon and 2) feed charges back to TtS for more casts. You're good once this positive feedback loop starts.

Your stacking speed will depend on how many FS charges your TtS can give per second. I'm averaging ~80 TtS casts per minute.
