Introduction
NOTE: This guide is not the definitive guide to min-maxing, it has the potential for lots of small optimisations that really only an insane person would do, but this will get you where you need to go.
The Insane Cryoweaver Guide
The Cryomancer is a class unique to the "Cryoweaver", with high evo scaling and the ability to slow down time. Cryomancer also has some more advanced tech, making use of incant and cap snapping.
Attributes
You will follow a similar perk priority order as archon/tempo(no wisdom/dom in this case). Once core perks are obtained priority becomes this:
- Wisdom 250 perk
- Max Empathy
- Max Spellcraft
- Max Mastery
- Max Insight
- Max Intelligence
- Max Patience
- Versatility
The high empathy priority is only true while archivist is your burst pet, however since we switch to VLA so late we can just max it first anyway.
Phases
Cryomancer involves alot of set switching back and forth, So for convenience I have included all the sets here first for your import, and will then go into detail of how to use them during an exile. Additionally its important to note that cryomancer can struggle to get its build up and freeze mechanics to smoothly worth at low mysts, but you should have enough power to just zoom up T3 pets just by bursting and doing some janky half build up.

Explanation
Starting Build up
- To begin with we will level up
Mechanos Apexis, as its abilities are useful for setting up our shard pool.
- We will then swap to the Prep Set and cast
Heat Exchange a few times to fill our shard pool and drop the temperature. Low temperature is important since it stops the shard pool from emptying when 
Infused Glacial Formations finishes emptying.
- Once the pool is filled we can then swap to our build up set and simply wait however long you wish!(keep in mind cryo has pretty poor time scaling, so don't bother with overly long exiles.)
Edit: The build up should be split into two similar but distinct phases. These should both be done after a small cap phase to maximise the temperature reduction and hence the spell cost (which can exceed the current reduction cap if the reduction was achieved with the cap item set).

This increases the cast rate (including fake casts) of

Heat Exchange can be switched out but it provides casts for 
The Accumulator and smoothes out the phases so the pool doesn't suddenly empty.
- Assuming approximately equal time in the two build up phases, the approximate halving of the The Accumulator casts and
Ritual Of Power casts (with it's abysmal cast scaling) is more than compensated by the extra Still Arcana and Conjure Freezing Mist casts in the first phase. Should provide a boost of at least half an order of magnitude.
Void mana
Just level up 
Voidterror and swap to the Void mana set, simple as.
Snapping and Burst
This is where things get complicated, time sensitive steps will start with CYAN. In total you get 10 seconds of leeway to work with, so its not the worst.
- Level up
Ent, the prep set has a dominance item to allow you choose it without investing into dominance.
- Swap to the Void mana set, this is required to clear our spell bar of Conjure Freezing Mist.
- Swap to the Summon Snap set.
- Quickly move back over to the Pet leveling set.
- Equip
Interrogator/
Voidfiend by right clicking its icon in the pet menu
- Evolve into Archivist/Voidlight Amalgam by shift left clicking the pet portrait on the main screen.
- Wait for idle mode to start.
- Once idle mode starts swap over to the Cap Snap set, this will start the freeze effect and slow everything down to a crawl, you can now relax.
- Cast Still Arcana to start shard spending. You can remain here as long as you want, just make sure Conjure Freezing Mist's duration does not run out.
- Edit: This is not where you should be doing your main shard spending. That should be in the build up (after using the freeze cap item and spell sets to maximise the cost) where you can cast Permafrost at a comparable rate to evocations but with a base cost 50x higher. This can't be done here because that would also cause Conjure Freezing Mist's duration to run out.
- Swap to burst set and enjoy the profits.

You only need to lvl up your burst spells, nothing else gives significant profit. its possible that at extremely high progress you may want to lvl up Heat Exchange for more spell shards, but this should only be done after you have exhausted other options such as enchanting evo items. Below is the lvl up priority order.
Flash Freeze: As it is the only evo you are lvling you can lvl this up for both profit and shard spending, giving x2.84 profit per lvl! Keep in mind your shard pool will want to be e2-3 above flash freezes spell cost in burst so that you can repeatedly cast it.- Permafrost: Boosts evo and gets good cast scaling. x1.24 profit per lvl, +10% casts^1.08 every 3 lvls.
Ritual Of Potency: Boosts profit and gets decent cast scaling. x1.2 profit per lvl, +10% casts^0.8 every 3 lvls.- Conjure Freezing Mist: Summons do not get a casts bonus, but do have slightly higher scaling from spell memes. x1.3 profit per lvl.
- Ritual Of Power: Boosts profit and gets cast scaling. x1.2 profit per lvl, +10% casts^0.45 every 3 lvls.
Blizzard: Only gets Incant bonus. x1.2 profit per lvl.
Shadow-Scryer's Crystal Ball, 
The Rubedo Engine and all summoning and incantation duration reduction items except the 
Recaller Stone and the following spell set.
Warp Basilisk and all incantation reduction items and the following spell set:
