Spellhound -> 
Anima Construct or 
Archivist
Use all expensive and instant spells to level up the Spellhound to level 134, this will improve the collection timer for 
Void Automaton to 1s per collection.
Strategy 1: After spellhound reaches level 134 switch to 
Golem -> Anima Construct to increase the effectiveness of 
Void Lure.
Strategy 2: After spellhound reaches level 134 switch to 
Interrogator -> Archivist to increase the effectiveness of 
Synthetic Entity. Archivist both directly boosts synthetic entity, and also massively increases the duration of primal power so it will always coincide with synthetic entity.

Primal Power (boosts Synthetic Entity if they fire together, which is always with the archivist build)
Conjure Manabeast (charges Primal Power faster, also gives char XP, char level then makes golem gain XP faster)- Anima Build:

Attributes
- 100 Insight (faster spawn rate for void entities)
- Max Spellcraft (min 75 for archivist, boosts synthetic entity for both builds)
- ~25 Wisdom (min 10 for anima, accelerate buildup, faster primal power charge)
- 40 Intelligence (min 40 for anima)
- 75 Empathy (faster pet leveling and stronger pet)
- 75 Patience (for
Grasp Of The Grave)

- Incantation and evocation efficiency boosting gear (e.g. the Power Armor set)
