Spells on reckless autocast:

• Conjure Manabeast
• Spellstaff Of Chamaon
• Lightning Bolt
• Jas'Aham's Missile Storm
• Conjure Primal Elemental
• Conjure Greater Elemental

This will slow down the bats very quickly.

If you want to use an manual clicker and go AFK, you can target either the ring on the void catcher to the upper-right in the background, the top-centre of the orb, or watch for the entry/exit points to the left/right of the screen.
