Strategy

Just level up necromancer normally (perform a burst to get sources, do some clicks/autoclicks, collect void entities), and ensure Void Lure is up. Can go AFK for a while with Void Automaton up either before or after bursting to get sources.

Nightfall is totally useless for this challenge. Or at least too slow to bother with considering how easy void entities are to obtain, and that the voidfiend only needs to get to lvl 100.

Just start with high Insight and focus on gathering void entities to speed the voidfiend's experience growth.

These Challenges are waiting games as the pet levels up.

The Voidfiend gains Experience through collecting Void Entities and through casting Nightfall.
