Use Pixie as pet.
Use 
Singularity Beam and 
Wormhole to build some levels until you get 
Temporal Distortion. You can also use 
Void Lure, 
Void Automaton and 
Conjure Manabeast here.
Cast Singularity Beam with Temporal Distortion until it gets to 100x. If you have difficulty raising it, put Singularity Beam on your bar on reckless, put both Wormhole and Temporal Distortion on your bar without autocast. Alternate single casts of Wormhole and Temporal Distortion until they reach about 3x or a bit more, then recklessly cast Temporal Distortion.
Once Temporal Distortion is at 100x, your pet will level up quickly until about level 110-120 and then slow down. To speed this up, change out Temporal Distortion for Wormhole and recklessly cast while the distortion is hovering between 100x down to 90x. When it reaches 90x, change Wormhole back to Temporal Distortion until it gets back to 100x, and swap it out for Wormhole again.
