What is Idle Wizard?

First published on the 16th of November 2016, the game has seen major content updates since, including the v1.50 Release on the 15 of January 2024.

Idle Wizard is an incremental/idle game that lets you play as a wizard utilizing a magic orb, changing into different classes, building and creating mana sources, summoning magical pets and casting powerful spells in order to amass mana and become the strongest wizard in the world.

As an incremental game, the gameplay of Idle Wizard consists of exploiting the aforementioned abilities, their synergies, as well as the mechanics of soft resetting and Challenges to reach an ever-higher amount of mana. Progress even continues while offline, and the varied classes, pets, and spells enable different strategies to experiment with.
